Invitations, rooms, and food!

Its been a while since I've been on here... been busy getting a handle on some big last minute stuff!
The invitations are almost done, just waiting to get out engagement photos taken today!  My mom and some of her connections got a hook up on some rooms for the out of towners...$19.95 a night!  Cant beat that!  And finally the thing that has seemed to cause us the most greif...the food!  We are trying out the caterer today for some BBQ pork and chicken.  This guy comes highly recommended and I am excited and hopeful that Braxton approves!  I have added some new vendors on the side- the amazing lady who is making the bridesmaid jewelry, Milo's Inn at Boulder City- where we will spend our wedding night, and the Hacienda- where the guests can take advantage of the $19.95 rooms!  More to come...SOON!

Regsitered!

We got our registering done!  We registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target.  For anyone who has looked up the Target registry and found that we wanted 2 pink baby blankets...DO NOT BE ALARMED!  It was an error I guess...we really didn't register for those!  I need to go get them removed from the list.  We went a little crazy with the scan gun...I mean if you go into a store and are told make a wish list of whatever you want, You would probably do the same thing!   We certainly don't expect to get everything, but it was a fun experience!

In other wedding news, my dress will  be ready on January 13!  I am so excited to pick it up and see all the alterations that were done!  I'll be doing a bit of wedding crafting this weekend, probably making the veil and the flowers for the dresses.  I'm doing alot of the projects myself to keep it on the cheap side, but I think it will be worth it!

Hi everyone and welcome to our wedding site!

This site will help keep everyone up to date on the wedding planning and events as well as provide general information.

Now that the holidays are over, I can get back down to business planning this shindig!  There is still so much to do!  We are registering this weekend, and hopefully we will have the menu down soon as well.  I am starting to freak out a little bit at all the things we still have to do, but we have quite a bit done so I shouldn't worry too much.
